Abstract

Established in 1989, Menter a Busnes is the leading independent not for profit Welsh economic development company taking action to ensure that people, businesses and communities in Wales thrive, by providing innovative, bilingual and sustainable business support and entrepreneurship programmes and services. Menter a Busnes are seeking to establish a framework of suppliers, specialists and mentors across a range of disciplines to support the food and drink capacity development activities undertaken by the company. As an indication, food and drink business development activities undertaken by Menter a Busnes and which are subject to this framework agreement include improving the confidence and resilience of the food and drink sector in Wales by embedding the knowledge and expertise required for food and drink businesses to continue to grow in an economically sustainable manner.

Menter a Busnes are seeking to establish a framework of suppliers, specialists and mentors across a range of disciplines to support the food and drink capacity development activities undertaken by the company.

As an indication, food and drink business development activities undertaken by Menter a Busnes and which are subject to this framework agreement include improving the confidence and resilience of the food and drink sector in Wales by embedding the knowledge and expertise required for food and drink businesses to continue to grow in an economically sustainable manner.

Do we need to apply for this framework in order to continue working with Cywain? Answer: Yes, the new framework will be the main method of procurement for any requirements and therefor existing suppliers need to apply to be considered for ongoing work.
