At ClwydAlyn Housing, we are looking for a suitably qualified contractor to work closely alongside our in-house technical team to design & install all different types of small & medium-sized adaptions such as grab rails, level access showers, access & ramp works ect. We will require the contractor to survey, produce designs, technical drawings, and specifications for approval by the client. Where required the contractor will also need to liaise with Occupational Therapists to provide solutions to our resident’s individual needs in addition to providing an install service to an excellent standard.
Our Stock of over 6000 properties varies from ex local authority houses to new build extra care facilities therefore it is essential that any interested parties have both domestic and commercial building knowledge. ClwydAlyn are looking to appoint a single contractor to cover all areas, increasing consistency, quality of service & maximising social value. It is essential that the contractor is CHAS registered and / or construction line registered. All works completed will need to have a 24-month warranty.
Should the above be of interest, ClwydAlyn would look to establish a 3+1+1 year contract.
