Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

The Pre-Qualification questionnaire has been developed for the purposes of assessing the suitability of economic operators to provide a marine vessel (length approx. 24 metres) for the Gibraltar Port Authority. The vessel will be required to perform a broad spectrum of work in conditions ranging from benign to storm force and as such there is a requirement for the vessel to have exceptional sea-keeping capabilities. As a Search and Rescue asset, access to water from the deck is important and a man overboard recovery system will be a requirement.
