Specification for the Provision of IT Support Services

Description of the goods or services required

The Commissioner is seeking to appoint an IT Managed Service provider to support and maintain all of the Commissioner's in-house IT systems. The contract is to commence on 1 July 2020. The contract will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The Commissioner requires a fully outsourced managed service. The Commissioner does not employ in-house IT Staff.

Total quantity or scope of tender

23.1 The contract shall be awarded to the best technical tender that is within budget. The budget for the Service Level Agreement as outlined within section 4 of this tender is £15,000, this budget does not include those items identified within section 20. Any tenders received that are in excess of this budget will be automatically deemed non-compliant.
