Abstract

Specification for the Provision of IT Support Services

Description of the goods or services required
The Commissioner is seeking to appoint an IT Managed Service provider to support and maintain all of the Commissioner's in-house IT systems. The contract is to commence on 1 July 2020. 23.1 The contract shall be awarded to the best technical tender that is within budget. The budget for the Service Level Agreement as outlined within section 4 of this tender is £15,000, this budget does not include those items identified within section 20. Any tenders received that are in excess of this budget will be automatically deemed non-compliant.
