Description of the goods or services required
Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum (PCF) is seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake business development activities with the specific aim to generate leads for new clients and increase deployments within the Marine Energy Test Area (META) project in the Milford Haven Waterway.

Total quantity or scope of tender
The agreement will be for 3 months from the kick-off meeting where it’s anticipated the contractor will commit 2 days a week or 24 days/192 hours in total to the work package.

Proposal requirements
Proposals should include the following:
• Brief summary of relevant experience
• Proposed personnel - specify who would lead, and any others supporting
• Demonstration of an extensive network of relevant target companies
• Proposed fixed cost to deliver work package
• Additional hourly rates in the event of change to the work package
The deadline for submission of proposals is midnight on the 31st January 2022
