sportscotland are seeking to engage an organisation/consortium to develop and deliver a range of learning and support for professional staff within national, local and third sector sports organisations, and for the sports clubs and community organisations that they work with. The aim is to facilitate increased enthusiasm, knowledge, skills, capacity and resources for these organisations to operate effectively and deliver impact in their communities with the aim of using sport intentionally to bring about positive individual and community change by understanding and addressing need.
