Abstract
On behalf of the Newid partnership, WCVA is seeking an external evaluator (or partnership/consortium) to join the project as a learning partner. The Newid partnership seeks to, in short, build the confidence and skills needed for third sector organisations, their beneficiaries, and communities in Wales to fully participate in an increasingly digital world.
There are three core elements to this evaluation:
1.An impact evaluation to measure the effectiveness and the impact of the partnership’s activities, and the success in achieving our stated objectives and outcomes.
2.Supporting the partnership in the identification and testing of Newid data, evidence, insights and digital trends within the Welsh third sector, enabling us to respond to needs quicker.
3.A process evaluation to review the success of our partnership, and approach to project planning and delivery. Specifically, how it adds (or detracts) to the effectiveness of the services we are providing and the funding we are receiving.
