Ofcom is looking to partner with a supplier who has experience of leading and managing an end to end recruitment, selection and assessment programme of varied graduate pathways, with its core aim of increasing diversity, including social mobility within the candidate pool at all stages, right through to offer and acceptance.

Ofcom is looking to partner with a supplier who has experience of leading and managing an end to end recruitment, selection and assessment programme of varied graduate pathways with its core aim of increasing diversity particularly ethnicity, disability, gender and social mobility within the candidate pool at all stages, right through to offer and acceptance.
We have four core graduate pathways, with additional pathways that we recruit to when we have a business need. Due to the changing demands of the organisation, we often add new additional pathways to meet the needs of our Groups.
The contract will run for up to five years.
