The design team group must be led by either the architectural operator or a qualified project manager. The client may require collateral and other warranties between itself ad the team members as the project proceeds.

The commission will proceed in stages, the first being to the completion of RIBA Stage 4. Thereafter, Galeri Caernarfon intends to act as the managing contractor for the procurement of sub-contract packages of works to implement the developed design, and will require support from the design team according to this procurement approach.
