Contract Period: 28.10.2019 to 31.3.2022 (additional 2 years if required (available in 1 year increments).
North Wales Police on behalf of North Wales Fire and Rescue Service are seeking to put in place a contract for NWFRS Corporate ICT Server Farm Refresh, Support and Maintenance.
The tender will be for the following core goods and services:
— Corporate Network Hardware refresh – ICT Server Farm Hardware refresh (host servers, core solution switches, SAN, and robotic tape library). This also includes the installation of the new hardware, and then migration of the existing infrastructure to the new infrastructure (including all hardware migration as well as VEEAM and VMWare software elements).
— Corporate Network Maintenance and Support – VMWare (including ESXi hosts), VEEAM, SAN, core switch infrastructure support, and robotic tape library maintenance, support and configuration.
Only those suppliers that can fully meet the requirements of the specification will be considered.
