Abstract
The Morlais project is looking for a service provider to support the project in producing a business case for the project utilising the Five Case Business Model.
The contract will be split into two Lots

The Morlais project is looking for a service provider to support the project in producing a business case for the project utilising the Five Case Business Model.
The contract will be split into two Lots
