13/08/2020 16:32	Revised Bill of Quantities, Appendices E and F, Revision2 The following question was raised: “Good Afternoon, We would like to know the amount of concrete columns that are being replaced in comparison to other columns on this contract, as this may have an effect on the pricing element of the tender. Many thanks” The original response was incorrect. The correct response is as follows: There are 618 columns due for replacement, of which 508 of these columns are concrete. For information, 340 of these columns are at an 8 metre mounting height and a further 168 at 10 metre mounting height. The concrete columns have a mixture of fabricated steel and concrete brackets of varying outreach. The bracket size removal will also have to be factored into your proposal. A revised copy of the spreadsheet Appendix E has been uploaded. Changes in relation to concrete columns have been highlighted in yellow.
