Design and associated consultant services for works to lake, including community benefit

Description of the goods or services required

The Contracting Authority requires a consultant to undertake feasible design options for a Lake restoration scheme incorporating silt management and maintenance of open water areas for canoeing and angling, through the use of soft engineering and nature based solutions. We would like the commission to include suggestions for future management solutions for the two on-line lakes at Parc Taff Bargoed.
