Abstract

2.1 Title

29-31 Walker Road Replacement Steps and Paths

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires the replacement of paths, steps and walls to a pair of three bedroomed, semi – detached houses. (“the Works”).

The Works will be in accordance with this Request for Quotation and VOGC General Works and Conditions (“the Agreement”).

You are invited to quote for the provision of these Works.

The Works comprise the demolition of existing concrete steps, landings, pathways and balcony wall between shared entrances and the installation of new concrete steps, landings, and brick balcony wall between shared entrances and other associated works to the properties.
