This tender is to carry out an user survey on Yr Wyddfa followed by full analysis of data on behalf of Eryri National Park and Partneriaeth Yr Wyddfa.

Please note that this project has an estimated budget of £20,000, with value for money and cost analysis carrying 40% of the scoring criteria. Any bids over £25,000 will not be considered.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

All companies/teams are required to submit the following information about their company/team in their tender document to demonstrate their ability to efficiently deliver our goals and the outcomes of this project:

-Summary of company/team understanding of this brief.

-Relevant experience in the field and evidence of that experience including relevant insurance.

-Outline of the relevant methodology proposed to achieve the aims/goals.

-Fee and cost analysis.

-Ability to perform the work and deliver reports and information bilingually at all stages of the process.

-Your ability to carry out the work within the date of the agreement (inception meeting by end of July, fieldwork during August and September 2024, use of Welsh names analysis by 18th of October, with the date of submission of the final report set out in the tender).

-A statement noting what the successful company/team expects from the client.
