The Provider will provide housing related support on-site 24/7 to those accommodated at the project. The support provided will be needs-led and aimed to improve the capacity of the Service Users to move on to living independently within the community.
Provision will assist the Council in fulfilling its duties under The Housing (Wales) Act 2014, Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014 and Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.
