To undertake the feasibility and development services for future capital projects. There are two elements to this project which are divided into two separate lots for tendering purposes. Lot 1 relates to the clubhouse viewing area and Lot 2 relates to the rugby club site (i.e. overflow car parking and 2nd team rugby pitch)
