AWARD OF CONTRACT As part of the Shared Prosperity Fund, Carmarthenshire County Council are seeking an experienced consultant to help deliver External Landlord Intervention to address the high vacant property rates across all three primary towns in Carmarthenshire (Ammanford, Carmarthen and Llanelli). We are looking to procure the services of a specialist consultant to liaise directly with Landlords and owners of identified vacant properties across the three primary town centres to explore innovative solutions to bring units back into use.
