Abstract
BCBC are seeking to contract with an organisation who can present an innovative proposal that will seek to create and pilot resources that can be used to raise awareness amongst young people across the county borough of the local democracy process; to encourage their participation in local decision making and local regeneration. This should include town and community councils, county borough council and complement those produced by the Senedd. The organisation will ensure the political neutrality of its proposed delivery.
The successful organisation will need to evidence a strong track record of youth and community engagement, an understanding of the opportunities and challenges that exist within the county borough and of the local democracy landscape within Wales. We would welcome collaborative approaches to delivery.
