This requirement is being advertised in three lots which are; - Lot 1 - Belfast Region Land and Regeneration Solicitors Panel (“the Belfast Region Panel”) - Lot 2 - South Region Land and Regeneration Solicitors Panel (“the South Region Panel”) - Lot 3 - North Region Land and Regeneration Solicitors Panel (“the North Region Panel”). Tenderers may apply for one, two, or all of the three Panels. Lot 1 - Belfast Region Land and Regeneration Solicitors Panel has a Contract Period of 3 years and 6 months, with an option to extend, entirely at the discretion of the Housing Executive, for any period(s) of up to and including 24 months. Estimated start date of this Panel is 01 July 2024.
