The provision and support of a hosted telephony service, enabling an organisation of 250 staff to use telephony via multiple methods, ie fixed handsets, softphones and a mobile application. Included will be provision of services related to contact centre-based call handling, routing and reporting.

The procurement of hosted telephony services will be completed in six stages:

Stage 1 – RfP

14/06/19: RfP issued on Sell2Wales

19/07/19: RfP return period ends (5 weeks between issue date and submission deadline)

Suppliers welcome to visit Coastal in this period

Stage 2 – Shortlisting

22/07/19 – 02/08/19: Coastal telephony project team review proposals (weighted assessment and shortlisting)

02/08/19: Suppliers to be available (via phone) to project team for any final clarifications

05/08/19: Suppliers updated

Stage 3 - Buffer

August: Shortlisted suppliers welcome to continue discussions with project members / arrange reference site visits as per Stage 4

Stage 4 – Reference Sites

02/09/19 – 06/09/19: Potential reference site visits / discussions

Stage 5 – Presentations

12/09/19 – 13/09/19: Shortlisted supplier presentations at Coastal Head Office (one session each, either AM or PM)

Stage 6 - Decision

16/09/19: Successful supplier announced
