Cadwyn Housing Association are seeking to issue a contract for Electrical Testing to support us in the delivery of our property compliance programme. This is to include Electrical Installation Condition Report in line with The 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS7671:2018) and The IET Guidance Note 3.
