Minimum standards and qualification required
Supply Partner(s) shall always ensure compliance with all statutory requirements both in respect of its on-site obligations and the fulfilment by the ClwydAlyn of its obligations under the respective legislations and those obligations explicitly passed down to the Supply Partner(s) to fulfil. Any perceived lack of non¬compliance with any legislation is to be brought to the ClwydAlyn’s attention for it to decide on the recommended course of action to mitigate the risk of exposure.
All works and services must be carried out by the Supply Partner(s) in line with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR) or any subsequent legislation specific to asbestos.
Additionally, the following legislation, regulations and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidance, including any subsequent amendments or forthcoming regulations, must also be followed by Supply Partner(s) when applicable throughout the Contract period:
