Description of the goods or services required
Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint a single Provider to provide installation, servicing, and maintenance of Tai Tarian’s Tynetec independent living call management systems and communal and non-communal door entry systems.
The scope of this Contract includes a range of services, including;
- Installation, maintenance, and ongoing 24 hours a day, 365 days a year emergency support for Tai Tarian’s Tynetec independent living warden call systems.
- Installation, maintenance, and ongoing 24 hours a day, 365 days a year emergency support for Tai Tarian’s door entry systems for independent living, communal blocks of flats and general needs properties.
All works and services are to be carried out in accordance with the Specification (Appendix 1) for the Provider’s submitted rates set out in the Price Framework (Appendix 2).
The successful Provider must be an approved Tynetec installer and submit evidence of this with their submission. Failure to provide this evidence may result in your bid being rejected.
In addition to this, the Provider may be required to carry out remedial works that are within the scope of the Contract but are not specifically provided for within the Price Framework.
During the first months of the Contract, the Provider will be required to supply and install 2 x new Tynetec Advent XT2 systems.
