Abstract

Wrexham County Borough Council (the Service User) wishes to establish a North Wales collaborative Framework Agreement to facilitate the procurement of quality, value-for-money internal auditing services for use, as and when required, to supplement the work provided by each local authority’s own, internal audit team. There will be no specified number of providers to be selected to appear on the framework.
