The London Borough of Lambeth wishes to offer an opportunity to tender for the provision supported housing to 15 residents who have complex mental health needs. The support provision will be provided across three shared accommodation schemes. The service is known as the Kingsmead Cluster. The Contract will be let for an initial period of 5 years, anticipated to commence in December 2024 with an option to extend for 2 years.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The London Borough of Lambeth wishes to offer an opportunity to tender for the provision supported housing to 15 residents who have complex mental health needs. The support provision will be provided across three shared accommodation schemes. The service is known as the Kingsmead Cluster. The Contract will be let for an initial period of 5 years, anticipated to commence in December 2024 with an option to extend for 2 years. The successful service provider must demonstrate their ability to: • possess the competency; skillset and willingness to engage and support a diverse and complex cohort of adults with mental illness and other dual needs living in accommodation-based support settings. • promote independence where appropriate and support people to develop meaningful daily routines, ensuring that people with serious mental health conditions receive the specialist support they need to stay well and reduce likelihood of requiring higher level supported accommodation. • Support shall be personalised, recovery focused and culturally appropriate, reflecting the fact that a majority of adults with mental health conditions accessing these services are from Black and Minority Ethnic backgrounds. The Council welcomes suitably experienced organisations to deliver this service.
