Title
Invitation to Tender: Development Evaluation of GwyrddNi
|
2.2
|
Description of the goods or services required
The northwest Wales climate action movement GwyrddNi is looking to appoint a suitably qualified team or partnership, to develop and deliver a creative and iterative bilingual developmental evaluation package for the course of its 4.5-year programme.
Supported by The National Lottery Community Fund’s Climate Action Fund, this second phase of GwyrddNi’s work will be developing the capacity of five communities in the area to address the climate emergency, and to work towards becoming decarbonised, sustainable communities with thriving localised economies.
The developmental evaluation should capture real, human stories that demonstrate how GwyrddNi’s work is making a difference to people’s lives and pointing towards wider systematic change, whilst also inspiring action in others.
The successful evaluation tender will demonstrate creative, playful, and inspiring ways of gathering feedback, explain how they will conduct the evaluation bilingually, and ensure opportunities for iterative learning over the course of the project. Full details, information on methodology and a scoring matrix can be found in the Invitation to Tender document.
