The Contracting Entities wish to engage with the market to source electricity supply contracts for their HH & NHH estates.
The Contracting Entities require suppliers who wish to participate in this tendering process to hold a UK Electricity Supply License and be named on the Ofgem Licensee List when the Call for Competition takes place.
The tender will be broken down into 4 Lots and details of these lots are detailed below.
During the tender process suppliers must be able to demonstrate their ability to provide a high level of customer service, respond to customer requirements, deliver a high level of billing accuracy, and be prepared to be flexible and to work with the Contracting Entities in partnership throughout the contract period.
