Abstract
The purpose of this tender exercise is to secure a qualified and suitably experienced team to undertake a detailed feasibility study to focus upon the 4 areas of future activity highlighted in Table 1 above (and in parallel should also consider the carrying-capacity of the site).
The feasibility study will enable UWTSD to make educated decisions about the future development of Cynefin.

Description of the goods or services required
