Abstract

North Wales Police seek to source an experience and qualified contractor who can service and maintain our fire alarm systems across the region, including North Wales Fire and Rescue. Having a fully operational fire alarm is a regulatory requirement for those premises that need them, which is why regular testing is important. The contractor needs to be able to maintain Honeywell Alarm Systems and to provide details of previous experience working on this product. The contractor will be responsible for service of each alarm and test against the schedule provided by the electrical service engineer and to maintain them and ensure they meet fire regulation standards. Inspection and servicing visit should be carried out every six months – otherwise the fire alarm system won't be BS 5839 compliant. Cytundeb ar gyfer cynnal a chadw larymau tân. Description of the contract

Mae Heddlu Gogledd Cymru yn chwilio am gontractwr cymwys sy’n gallu gwasanaethu a chynnal a chadw ein systemau ledled y rhanbarth, yn cynnwys Gwasanaeth Tân ac Achub Gogledd Cymru. Mae cael larwm tân sy’n gweithio’n iawn yn ofyniad hanfodol ar gyfer y safleoedd sydd eu hangen, ac felly mae profi rheolaidd yn bwysig.

Mae angen i’r contractwr allu cynnal Systemau Larwm Honeywell a darparu manylion profiad blaenorol o weithio ar y system hon. Bydd y contractwr yn gyfrifol am wasanaethu pob larwm a phrofi yn erbyn yr amserlen a ddarperir gan y peiriannydd gwasanaeth trydanol ac i’w cynnal a sicrhau eu bod yn ateb gofynion rheolau tân.

Mae dyddiad dechrau’r cytundeb i’w drafod yn ddiweddarach a bydd, wedi iddo gael ei benderfynu yn para dros gyfnod o 2 flynedd, gyda’r opsiwn o ymestyn y cytundeb +1+1+1 os yw pob parti yn hapus gyda’r perfformiad.
