Abstract

The refurbishment of a prominent town centre building in the heart of Holyhead. The building is on 3 floors and the contract involves creating a cafe space on the ground floor with a dance and drama studio on floors 1 and 2 - within the existing footprint of the property. The ground floor area will also include the provision of a separate entry point into the dance studio along with a kitchen area at the rear for the cafe.
