The Council is keen to encourage applications from innovative and flexible services with the experience to support older adults, people who have a learning disability and/or autism, acquired brain injury, physical disability or mental health needs.
A Light Touch Procurement Regime (LTR) will be used to evaluate and work with a range of organisations to form the framework.
