Abstract

The Council is seeking to appoint a diverse group of Contractors to provide catering for events at corporate buildings by means of a framework contract. The Council are also seeking to appoint a sole Contractor to supply alcohol and bar service as per customer requirements. The existing framework ends on 30/06/2024 and is being re-procured.

The Guildhall in Northampton will be the primary location for the service. However, as the business expands, there may be scope to provide the service to the Forum in Towcester and County Hall in Northampton.

The new framework will be divided into 7 Lots:

Lot 1: Bar/alcohol

Lot 2: Large events and Civic events

Lot 3: Sandwiches, afternoon tea and buffets for small events

Lot 4: Business breakfasts and corporate lunches

Lot 5: Wedding breakfasts for small events

Lot 6: World foods/ethnic cuisine
