Aberystwyth University Estates - Replace Fire Alarm System Cwrt Mawr H & J

Description of the goods or services required

These are two separate ITT's, one to replace the Fire Alarm System In Cwrt Mawr H & the other to replace the Fire Alarm System in Cwrt Mawr J.

Both works will be as follows:-

• Replace and dispose of main Gents panels and detection devices

• Retain and reuse existing loop wiring

• Supply and install Advanced Electronics MxPro5 control panel with Hochiki esp devices as a L2 system to BS5839-1:2017

• Integrate kitchen door monitoring

• Install audible and visual warning devices

• Install loop powered interfaces – Boiler shutdown/Salto release

• Replace vibrating pillow connections

• Commission new system

• Asbestos – A PC sum of £3K is entered into the Schedule of works for unforeseen works
