Reablement is a strengths-based, person-centred approach, supporting an individual to regain skills, or gain new / alternative skills and confidence to enable them to remain living independently or with minimal support in their own home.
London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) is looking for a single provider with expertise in delivering a therapy based reablement service that is focused on supporting residents to recover from a crisis in their lives. Supporting residents to:
• Regain the skills to self-care and continue to live in their community outside of the care system.
• Or enable the resident with the minimum level of support to continue to live at home and retain a level of independence.
