The procurement will seek to source a range of experienced service suppliers to the Framework to support the Council and the ICB in its aim of generating opportunities for individuals to experience inclusive lives through access to good quality supported living and outreach services enabling them to maximise their capacity to live independently and achieve their identified goals and outcomes. The Framework will commence from 1st October 2024 and will have an initial term of 6 years and 6 months (i.e. 78 months). The Council will have the option to extend the Framework Agreement term, by up to three further periods each of one year in length, by the provision to the Service Provider of at least 6 months in writing, so that the maximum length of the Framework Agreement will be 9 years and 6 months (i.e. 114 months).
