All members in the East Midlands and NCT are committed to the principles behind sector-led improvement and have formed the East Midlands Regional Improvement and Innovation Alliance (RIIA). The RIIA aims to promote and facilitate improvement across all local authorities through a flexible offer of challenge and support and a coordinated collaboration programme.
