UKAEA is looking to form a collaborative working relationship with the successful tenderer to provide outward bounds residential training in the United Kingdom. 4.2. The Early Careers team would like the successful tenderer to provide a solution which includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Utilising current thinking, business models and theories to support students imbedding in a modern working environment
• Equal focus on delivery and embedding learning
• Builds in time to get to know UKAEA, ensuring the programme is tailored and effective
• Can evidence the required level of expertise, knowledge and qualifications
• Can deliver a programme within the required timeline and within the required budget
