The Borough Council Of Sandwell ("the Council") invites Tender Responses, for the provision of an Air Quality Monitoring Automatic Station Maintenance Service.
The Council has five continuous automated monitoring stations within the Sandwell borough. The provision of the Air Quality Monitoring Automatic Station Maintenance Service will allow the monitoring stations to produce continuous data to a high degree of reliability for each element of air quality during the whole period of the contract.

Description of renewals:
The Council may extend the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a period or periods of up to a maximum of three (3) separate consecutive one (1) year period(s) following the expiry of the Initial Term, subject to satisfactory reviews. For the avoidance of doubt if the Agreement is extended in accordance with the Contract terms and conditions, the maximum period the Agreement could remain in force is an Agreement Term of up to Four (4) years with a separate options to extend, as follows; Option to Extend Contract Year 2: from 01 October 2025 to 30 September 2026; Option to Extend Contract Year 3: from 01 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 and Option to Extend Contract Year 4: from 01 October 2027 to 30 September 2028.
