The Pobl Group is seeking to establish a framework of partner Contractors to deliver several high profile mixed tenure sites providing up to 600 homes over a 4/5 year period. The first scheme which Contactors are required to price contains several phases of a mixed tenure development providing 225 properties.
Details of the arrangement between Charter Housing Association and their partner, Parc Eirin Development Corporation, is contained in Annex B the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.
The sites will achieve very high quality in terms of urban design and community integration with high quality landscaping and innovative approaches to the design of the public realm which are seen as very important elements of the communities the Client wishes to create. Contractors will be expected to demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience of providing high volume and quality homes with particular emphasis on assisting with sales and flexibility of handovers.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The works in this contract shall comprise the design and construction of several high profile mixed tenure sites providing up to 600 properties (the "Requirement") over a 4/5 year period.
The first scheme will be 225 houses at Parc Eirin, Tonyrefail. The project to be delivered in six phases.
