Description of the contract
To create one core concept to underpin a campaign which will make vehicle drivers change their behavior around the throwing of litter from vehicles
To deliver a full creative campaign based on this core concept.
To design and create a suite of campaign assets with the use of designed icons (not images) for outdoor advertising, web and social media
Campaign will be used within audio advertising, on outdoor signage, bin stickers, web and social media.
Campaign will be focused on four themes (tbc), chosen from a recent roadside litter survey carried out by Keep Wales Tidy targeting commercial drivers, but likely to include national pride, worker safety and enforcement.
All creative design MUST adhere to Caru Cymru and RDP brand guidelines as seen in the attached brand guideline documents.
The chosen agency will be expected to liaise with the chosen outdoor advertising agency to create size and format specific signage designs and messaging for DAX advertising.
A representative from the chosen agency must be able to attend a roadside litter workshop on Wednesday 26 January between 1pm and 2.30pm.
Attend regular meetings with KWT team to agree design and messaging.
