Creative learning in the Early Years Evaluation

Arts Council of Wales wishes to invite Tenders for the supply of services in respect of:

An independent evaluation with two interim reports: exploring what effect does bringing creative learning into Early Years settings have on the learning and development of 3 – 5 year olds.

Arts Council of Wales is seeking an appropriately qualified individual or organisation to deliver:

A Year 1, formative report, that will help us amend the Year 2 initiative as required. (By 31 July 2023).

A Year 2, interim report that sets out emerging findings. (By 8 July 2024)

A final report that sets out the impact, learning and recommendations from the evaluation. To be suitable for publishing (By 25 September 2025)

We anticipate the value of this contract is up to £35,000 (exclusive of VAT)
