The successful provider will meet the University's requirements in providing high-quality non-medical help services from Bands 1 to 4 (excl. specialist mentors/study skills tutors) and provide NMH support that is value for money.

The University wishes to appoint a Service Provider to deliver Student Non Medical Support to its Harrow and Central London campuses
The service provider must be able to provide a comprehensive range of services for the University. Details of which are included in the tender documents

Any extension to the Contract will be agreed between the University of Westminster and the service Provider(s). It is likely that University will seek the Service Provider(s) to demonstrate
improvements and/or price reductions before considering an extension.
For any extension(s) to the Contract, discussions with the Service Provider(s) shall be conducted sufficiently far in advance of the contract expiry date to arrive at an agreed position.

The University will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly.
