The Council currently outsources cafés, catering and event/ function services under a number of separate contracts across a number of venues including, but not limited to the City Hall, Bristol Museum and Art Gallery (BMAG), MShed, the Central Library, the Create Centre, and the Mansion House.
To simplify and streamline our contract estate and drive improved returns from this valuable and diverse range of premises we are looking to engage a single supplier with specialist food industry expertise to assume delivery responsibility for the full suite of services under a consolidated concessionary agreement.
Please note this will be a concessionary contract.
Providers are invited to submit their thoughts via ProContract using the soft market testing form. The link to ProContract is contained in this notice.
A virtual engagement event with interested providers will be held on Wednesday 13th March 2024 between 12:00 - 13:00. Providers wishing to attend please email catering.review@bristol.gov.uk to register your interest, the Council will then forward you the joining instructions.
