II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Neath Port Talbot Council is currently reviewing current service models and is developing ideas to inform future commissioning arrangements relating to supported accommodation and floating support services for young people.
Interested organisations are invited to meet the lead service development officers to learn more about these developments and to provide feedback to inform future service models and commissioning arrangements.
The market engagement event is an opportunity for the lead officers to seek views on the relative strengths and weaknesses of current service models used and to explore ways to improve service delivery which will help to inform the future youth housing pathway in Neath Port Talbot. There will also be an opportunity for organisations to ask the lead officers questions regarding future commissioning arrangements.
The market engagement event has been arranged for Thursday 4th April 2024 and Monday 8th April 2024. The format of the event will consist of 1 hour slots for each interested organisation, which will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. Slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
For organisations who book to attend the event, they will receive a discussion paper which will be emailed in advance of the event.
Organisations who are interested in attending the event should contact Katie Mackenzie-Owen on the following email address k.mackenzie-owen@npt.gov.uk to book a slot.
The event may be extended to additional days should it be required.
