II.2.4) Description of the procurement
South Ayrshire Council wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to install, service and maintain door entry systems including call-outs for repairs and emergency call-outs including security issues.
Services comprise of installation, servicing and repair of door entry systems and ancillary equipment as follows;
a – Annual inspection, testing and repair of Door Access Control systems in accordance with BS EN 60839 and all other relevant standards
b – repairs as necessary to keep the doors entry systems functioning safely and efficiently including repairing or replacing any faulty or obsolete components
c – all emergency repair work for 24 hours every day for the duration of the contract
