Using supplied drawings carry out alterations and new works to provide 3 access points from Warren Drive onto clients site, reinstatement of traffic calming measures, relocation of any street furniture installing any additional as a requirement as per the approved design.

To include all reduced excavations, build up and surfacing to highways standards. All road markings to be reinstated on completion and sign off with Local Authority Highways department.
