Defect repairs may include but are not limited to ironwork repairs and non-illuminated bollards. The framework is to provide additional workforce with tools and equipment, predominantly to Highways DLO. The current requirement is 6 gangs of 2 operatives to undertake regular pothole and defect repair work across the city.
