II.1.4) Short description
Gloucestershire County Council is seeking tenders for the provision and operation of a waste transfer service for bulking and haulage of Residual Waste from the districts of Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Forest of Dean and Cotswold in three Lots.
The contracts will be for a period of 7 years with the option to extend for any period up to 3 years.
The service is to be tendered in three (3) Lots for the following geographical areas;
• Lot 1 Cheltenham Borough with Tewkesbury Borough- Contract start - July 2025
• Lot 2 Cotswold District- Contract start - February 2026
• Lot 3 Forest of Dean District - Contract start - February 2026
TUPE will apply. In order to obtain the TUPE details you will need to complete and sign the App 09 Confidentiality Certificate TUPE of the ITT pack, and return it via the messaging system in Pro-contract. The TUPE details will then be provided to you.
