Upgrade of the existing fire detection and alarm system at Venue Cymru Theatre and Conference Centre.

The contractor must be competent and possess all relevant certification, licences, qualifications or any other documents as necessary and should provide evidence of such. The contractor must be experienced in similar works and may be requested to provide references.

Additional Information

The contractor should be aware that these works will be undertaken in a live building that will be in use by customers, members of the public and Venue staff. The contractor shall ensure minimal disruption to the venue and that all necessary precautions are taken to ensure the safety of users of the venue. The contractor is to discuss appropriate working times and locations with Venue staff prior to commencement.
